TERMS AND CONDITIONS – OVERNIGHT PRINTING SOUTH AFRICA
At Overnight Printing South Africa, we are committed to delivering professional, large-scale printing and branding solutions with speed, structure, and accountability. While we specialize in urgent and high-capacity production, clients are required to plan responsibly. We are not a solution for poor planning. Proper timelines allow for quality control, accurate production, and reliable delivery.
By placing an order, the client agrees to the following 40 Terms and Conditions:
1. Quotation Validity
All quotations are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated in writing.
2. Written Approval Required
Production only begins once written approval of the quotation is received.
3. Artwork Approval
All artwork must be approved in writing before production. Once approved, responsibility transfers to the client.
4. Print-Ready Files
Clients must supply print-ready artwork. File corrections may incur additional costs.
5. Colour Variations
Minor colour variations may occur due to screen differences, materials, and printing processes.
6. Pantone Matching
Exact Pantone matching must be requested in advance and may carry additional charges.
7. Deposits
A deposit is required before production begins unless agreed otherwise in writing.
8. Full Payment Before Release
Full payment is required before collection or delivery of goods.
9. No Refund Policy
All printed, branded, wrapped, or painted goods are custom-produced. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once production has commenced.
10. No Returns on Custom Work
Custom work cannot be returned unless proven defective due to manufacturing error.
11. Urgent Jobs
Urgent jobs are accepted subject to capacity and material availability.
12. Planning Responsibility
Clients must allow adequate production time. We are not liable for consequences arising from unrealistic deadlines.
13. Production Timelines
Timelines begin once deposit, approved artwork, and required specifications are received.
14. Material Availability
All orders are subject to stock and supplier availability.
15. Substitute Materials
Where materials are unavailable, suitable alternatives may be offered.
16. Garment Size Variations
Minor size or shade variations may occur between garment batches.
17. Vehicle Branding Preparation
Vehicles must be clean and ready for installation. Additional preparation costs may apply.
18. Fleet Branding Capacity
We have the capacity to brand up to 100 vehicles within 30 days, subject to confirmed approvals and materials.
19. Container & Trailer Branding
Surfaces must be rust-treated and structurally sound prior to branding.
20. Installation Conditions
Installations are subject to weather and environmental conditions.
21. Collection Responsibility
Clients must inspect goods upon collection.
22. 24-Hour Claim Window
All claims must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
23. Delivery Risk Transfer
Risk transfers to the client upon collection or dispatch.
24. Storage Fees
Uncollected goods after 7 days may incur storage fees.
25. Artwork Ownership
Artwork remains client property; print layouts remain company intellectual property.
26. Intellectual Property
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have rights to reproduce supplied designs.
27. Cancellation Policy
Orders cancelled after production has begun remain fully payable.
28. Delays Beyond Control
We are not liable for delays caused by power outages, supplier delays, transport issues, or force majeure events.
29. Pricing Adjustments
Prices may change if specifications are altered after quotation.
30. Additional Work
Extra changes requested after approval may incur additional costs.
31. Installation Access
Clients must provide safe and legal access to installation sites.
32. Branding Removal
Removal of existing branding is charged separately unless agreed.
33. Maintenance Responsibility
Clients are responsible for ongoing care and maintenance of branded materials.
34. Campaign Deadlines
Campaign dates must be clearly communicated in writing.
35. Production Errors
Only manufacturing defects qualify for review.
36. Overruns/Underruns
Industry-standard overrun or underrun of up to 5% may apply.
37. Payment Terms
Late payments may incur interest or collection fees.
38. Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to South African law.
39. Acceptance of Terms
Payment of deposit confirms acceptance of all terms.
40. Right of Refusal
Overnight Printing reserves the right to refuse work that is unlawful, offensive, or unethical.
We operate at industrial scale and speed, but structured execution requires collaboration and responsible planning from all clients.
