How the overnight run works
Every weekday at 1:00 PM the overnight run closes. Eligible jobs that have cleared payment and have approved, print-ready artwork by then are scheduled into production that night. You collect from our Rivonia shop the next working morning, or we arrange and quote a courier or delivery.
- Before 1:00 PM: order online, upload artwork, pay by card (Yoco) or EFT.
- Afternoon: we check the file and confirm the job is in the run.
- Overnight: printing and finishing.
- Next working morning: ready for collection from 8:30 AM, or handed to courier.
The Overnight tier adds 40% to the listed price. It applies to eligible items only and is a priority attempt rather than a promise: product type, artwork problems, payment clearing and workload can all affect it. Read how the 1 PM cutoff works before you plan around it.
Choose the speed that suits the deadline
Not every job needs to be rushed, and planning ahead costs less. Every product has the same set of turnaround tiers, counted from payment plus approved artwork:
- Economy: about 5 working days, 10% less than the listed price.
- Standard: about 3 working days, at the listed price.
- Express: next working day, +20%.
- Overnight: 1:00 PM cutoff, ready next working morning, +40%, eligible items.
- Same-day: eligible items ordered, paid and print-ready by 09:00 Mon–Fri, +30%.
Same-day is priced high on purpose. If you can give us a day or two, Standard or Express will usually do the job for less. Full details are on Turnaround and Cutoffs.
