Per-page prices
- A4 black and white: R1.50 per copy
- A4 colour: R4.00 per copy
- A3 colour: R9.00 per copy
- A5 colour: R1.90 per copy
Double-sided pages are twice the single-sided rate. Binding, tabs and covers are priced online or quoted. Browse Tender and Document Printing.
Preparing a document for print
- Export to PDF so page breaks and fonts stay fixed.
- Combine everything into one file per set, in final order.
- Mark which pages must be colour if you want to keep the rest in black and white.
- State whether you need single- or double-sided and how many sets.
- If you need binding, leave a wider margin on the binding edge.
A 60-page report with six colour pages costs much less printed mostly in black and white than entirely in colour. See Accepted File Formats.
Binding and finishing
Documents can be supplied loose, stapled or bound, with options such as covers and dividers depending on the product. For formal submissions, see Overnight Tender Document Printing and Binding; for client-facing reports, see Overnight Manual and Report Printing.
Overnight timing
For next-morning documents, the order, approved file and cleared payment must be in by 1:00 PM. Large page counts and some binding options affect eligibility, so check the tiers offered. If tomorrow is not the deadline, slower tiers cost less: Economy is about 5 working days at 10% less, Standard about 3 working days at the listed price, and Express next working day at +20%. Same-day (by 09:00, +30%) and Overnight (by 1:00 PM, +40%) apply to eligible items.
Ready from 8:30 AM at Shop L23, Rivonia Central, Oriental City Rivonia. Courier is arranged and quoted if you cannot collect.
If your document is still being edited in the afternoon, it cannot make that night's run. In that case, place the order as soon as the final file is signed off and choose Express, or wait for the next overnight run if the deadline allows.
