Trading hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday, Sunday and public holidays: closed
The overnight cutoff is 1:00 PM on weekdays. The same-day cutoff for eligible items is 09:00. Orders that arrive after a cutoff move to the next available run. See Turnaround and Cutoffs.

When you message us about an existing order, include your order number so we can find it quickly. For new work, the quickest route is usually to configure the product in the shop or request a quote with the size, quantity and deadline.
Contacting us about an urgent job
If you are aiming for tonight's overnight run, message us in the morning rather than at lunchtime. Tell us the product, size, quantity and when you need it, and send the artwork if you have it. That gives us time to confirm the item is overnight-eligible, check the file and make sure payment has cleared before the 1:00 PM cutoff.
If your deadline is further away, say so. We will point you to Standard or Economy, which cost less than the faster tiers. For events tomorrow, ask whether collection from Rivonia in the morning or a quoted courier suits you better.
