Ordering over the weekend
The website takes orders, artwork uploads and card payments on weekends. Those orders are checked and scheduled from Monday morning. A weekend order counts as received on Monday for turnaround purposes.
If you want an overnight job ready on Tuesday morning, a weekend order gives you a head start: we can check your artwork first thing on Monday, leaving time for corrections before the 1:00 PM cutoff.
Friday orders
- Overnight: ready by 1:00 PM Friday means ready on Monday morning.
- Express: paid and approved on Friday means ready on Monday.
- Same-day: eligible items in by 09:00 on Friday are ready that day.
- Standard and Economy: counted in working days, so the weekend is skipped.
If you need print for a Saturday event, the latest realistic option is same-day on Friday for eligible items, or an earlier tier during the week. Collection on Saturday is not possible because the shop is closed.
Public holidays
South African public holidays are not working days. No production, collection or dispatch happens on them, and turnaround counts skip them. An overnight job approved and paid by 1:00 PM on the day before a public holiday is ready on the next working day after the holiday.
Around long weekends and holiday clusters, workloads before the break are often heavier. Order earlier than usual and, where possible, choose Standard or Economy.
Planning print for month-end and holiday periods
- List your print needs a week ahead of any long weekend.
- Get artwork signed off before the last working day.
- Pay by card for urgent items so you are not waiting for an EFT to clear.
- If you are couriering, allow for courier schedules being busier before holidays.
