What you can do in person
- Collect online orders, including overnight jobs from 8:30 AM the next working morning.
- Ask questions about a product, material or finish before you order.
- Check a printed job with us before you take it away.
- Discuss artwork problems face to face when a file needs fixing.
Orders, artwork uploads and payments are handled online, which is the quickest way to get a job into the overnight run. Walk-in customers are welcome to place an order with our help, but the 1:00 PM cutoff still applies: artwork approved and payment cleared.
Who we print for locally
Rivonia mixes offices, restaurants, retail, medical practices, schools and homes, and its customers reflect that. Office parks and small businesses order business cards, letterheads and presentations. Restaurants along the Boulevard update menus and A-frame posters. Parents doing the school run collect project posters in the morning. Families use the shop for funeral programmes and celebration print.
Why local collection helps with overnight jobs
An overnight job is ready at the shop from 8:30 AM. If you are in Rivonia, that means print in hand within minutes of opening, with plenty of time for a 9:30 or 10:00 AM meeting in Rivonia or Sandton. No courier transit, no waiting for a delivery window.
The overnight tier adds 40% and applies to eligible items approved and paid by 1:00 PM, Monday to Friday. If you can plan further ahead, Standard (about 3 working days) or Economy (about 5 working days, 10% less) cost less. See Turnaround and Cutoffs.
