Overnight flyer printing

A promotion starts tomorrow, a hand-out has changed, or the flyers for a weekend activation were forgotten. Flyers and leaflets are well suited to the overnight run: approve and pay by 1:00 PM on a weekday and eligible orders are ready the next working morning.

Sizes and per-copy prices

Flyer pricing is a flat rate per copy, so you pay the same rate whether you print 50 or 5,000:

  • A5 colour: R1.90 per copy
  • A4 colour: R4.00 per copy
  • A3 colour: R9.00 per copy
  • A4 black and white: R1.50 per copy

Double-sided printing is twice the single-sided rate. Other sizes, papers and folding options show online. See Overnight Flyers.

Which flyer suits the job

  • A5 is the everyday hand-out: easy to carry, cheap per copy, good for promotions and events.
  • A4 carries more detail, for price lists, school notices or product information.
  • A3 works as a small poster in a window or on a notice board.
  • Black and white A4 keeps cost down for notices, forms and internal communication.

Overnight timing

For a next-morning hand-out, the order, approved artwork and cleared payment must all be in by 1:00 PM. The Overnight tier adds 40% to the per-copy rate. For bigger runs that are not urgent, Standard or Economy saves a noticeable amount.

Tiers available: Economy (about 5 working days, 10% less), Standard (about 3 working days, listed price), Express (next working day, +20%), Same-day for eligible items (by 09:00, +30%) and Overnight for eligible items (by 1:00 PM, +40%). Flyer artwork tips

  • Lead with one clear message and one call to action.
  • Make the date, address and contact details easy to find.
  • Add 3mm bleed if colour or images go to the edge.
  • Check prices, dates and phone numbers before approving.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum quantity for flyers?
Flyers are priced per copy at a flat rate, so small and large runs use the same rate. The shop shows the quantities you can order.
How much is double-sided?
Twice the single-sided rate. For example, an A5 colour flyer printed both sides is R3.80 per copy at the Standard tier.
Can I collect early for a morning promotion?
Yes. Overnight jobs are ready from 8:30 AM at our Rivonia shop.
