Filtering
Filter by size, material, finish and turnaround. If you need the job tomorrow morning, select Overnight under turnaround first, then pick from what remains. Binding style has the most effect on which tiers are offered.
Getting the file right
- Export slides to PDF rather than printing from the presentation file.
- Dark slide backgrounds use a lot of ink and can look heavy; consider a print-friendly version.
- Use a wider inside margin for bound documents.
- Indicate colour pages to manage cost on long reports.

For a morning meeting
Order, upload and pay by card before 1:00 PM; the job goes into that night's run and is ready from 8:30 AM at Shop L23, Rivonia Central, Oriental City Rivonia. If edits are still coming after 1:00 PM, consider Express placed as soon as the file is final. Print one spare copy beyond the number of attendees. Related: Tender and Document Printing.
Choosing the right format
- Board meetings: bound reports, one per director, with a spare.
- Client pitches: a printed deck with a cover, in colour where charts and images matter.
- Workshops: handouts with several slides per page and space for notes.
- Site and project reviews: A3 pages for drawings, timelines and financial summaries.
Text-heavy reports cost much less printed mostly in black and white. Indicate which pages need colour and we will charge them accordingly. For files still being edited, wait until the content is final before ordering; changing a file after approval can move it to the next run.
Collecting in Rivonia from 8:30 AM suits meetings in Sandton, Rosebank and the northern suburbs; for meetings further away, allow travel time or a quoted courier.
