Formats in this range
- A4 folded to A5: four pages for a typical service.
- A5 booklets: eight pages or more, stapled, for hymns, tributes and photographs.
- A5 cards: for short services or memorials.
Single-sheet colour rates are A5 R1.90, A4 R4.00 and A3 R9.00 per copy, double-sided at twice the rate. Folded and booklet options are priced online as you configure.
Using the filters
Filter by size, material, finish and turnaround. If you need the job tomorrow morning, select Overnight under turnaround first, then pick from what remains.
Preparing the programme
- Confirm the order of service with the officiant.
- Use the original digital photograph if possible.
- Check names, dates and hymn numbers, and ask a second person to read it.
- Choose one family member to give final approval.

Timing for weekend services
Many services are held on Saturdays, when the shop is closed. Programmes for a Saturday service must be collected by Friday afternoon. That means an overnight order approved and paid by Thursday at 1:00 PM, or a same-day order for eligible items by 09:00 on Friday (+30%). Overnight adds 40% and is a priority attempt; we will contact you straight away if anything affects the timing.
Collection
Collect from Shop L23, Rivonia Central, Oriental City Rivonia, opposite NewsCafe Rivonia, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. A relative or friend can collect if you give us their name. Choosing between a folded sheet and a booklet
A folded A4 sheet gives four pages: usually a cover, the order of service, an obituary and a back page with acknowledgements or a final photograph. If the family wants hymn lyrics, several tributes or a page of photographs, a booklet of eight or more pages gives that space without crowding.
