Before you order
Who is overnight printing for?
Anyone with a deadline tomorrow morning: a meeting, pitch, tender, exhibition, school event, funeral or launch. If your deadline is later in the week, a slower tier costs less.
How do I know if my product can go overnight?
If the product page lets you select Overnight for your chosen options, it is eligible. See Which Products Are Overnight-Eligible.
What does it cost?
40% on top of the listed Standard price. Courier, if needed, is quoted separately.
Making the cutoff
What exactly must happen by 1:00 PM?
The order placed, the artwork approved as print-ready, and payment cleared (in full under R5,000, or a 65% deposit from R5,000).
I uploaded at 12:30. Will I make it?
Only if the file needs no changes and payment has already cleared. Upload in the morning to leave time for corrections.
Does an EFT count?
Once it reflects. Card payment through Yoco confirms immediately. See Paying for Fast-Track Orders.
The next morning
When can I collect?
From 8:30 AM the next working day, after we confirm the job is ready, at Shop L23, Rivonia Central, Oriental City Rivonia, opposite NewsCafe Rivonia.
Can it be delivered by 8:30 AM?
No. The job is ready in Rivonia from 8:30 AM; courier transit is added after that.
What if my job is not ready?
Overnight is a priority attempt, not a guarantee. If we see a job will be late, we contact you as early as possible with the new timing.
Special situations
Can I order overnight on a Friday?
Yes. It is ready on Monday morning, or the next working day if Monday is a public holiday.
What about large quantities?
Very large runs may not fit one night. Split the order or use a longer tier for the bulk.
Can you design my file overnight?
Design help is available at extra cost, but design happens before the cutoff. Overnight production starts only once artwork is approved.
Can I add items to an order already in the run?
Contact us before 1:00 PM. Additions are treated as a new order, and each item must be eligible, approved and paid by the cutoff to join that night's run.
