Common presentation formats
- Slides printed full-page, one per page in A4 landscape, often double-sided.
- Handouts with two or more slides per page and space for notes.
- Bound pitch packs with a cover and back board.
- A3 sheets for financials, plans or timelines that need to be read at a glance.

Exporting slides properly
- Export to PDF from your presentation software, not a screenshot of each slide.
- Screen-designed slides often use dark backgrounds that print heavy; consider a lighter print version.
- Check fonts render correctly in the PDF.
- Remove animation build slides that would print as near-duplicates.
- Supply the final version only; label files clearly with the date and version.

Working to a morning meeting
Presentations are often finalised late. To make the overnight run, the PDF must be approved and payment cleared by 1:00 PM. If edits are still coming in the afternoon, consider an Express order (next working day, +20%) placed as early as possible, or print the stable sections overnight and the last-minute pages on a desktop printer.
Pricing by speed: Economy 10% less (about 5 working days), Standard at the listed price (about 3 working days), Express +20% (next working day), Same-day +30% (eligible items, by 09:00) and Overnight +40% (eligible items, by 1:00 PM). Collection from 8:30 AM in Rivonia gives you time to reach a 10:00 AM meeting in Sandton or Rosebank.

Print one spare set beyond the number of attendees. Meetings often gain an extra person, and handing someone a shared copy undoes much of the point of a printed pack.
