Why bulk orders suit slower tiers
The Overnight tier adds 40% to every copy. On a big run, that premium adds up quickly. If your deadline is three or more working days away, Standard (about 3 working days, listed price) does the job. If it is five or more working days away, Economy (about 5 working days, 10% less) saves further.
For example, 5,000 A5 colour flyers at R1.90 per copy is R9,500 on Standard; the same order on Economy is 10% less, and on Overnight 40% more.
Products often ordered in bulk
- Flyers for letterbox drops and campaigns.
- Documents and training material.
- Booklets and catalogues.
- Office stationery and NCR books.
- Campaign posters.
Using the filters
Use the filters for size, material, finish and turnaround. Set the turnaround filter to Standard or Economy to compare prices.
Split urgent and bulk
A useful approach for launches and campaigns: print a small quantity overnight to cover tomorrow, and the main quantity on Standard or Economy. You get what you need immediately without paying the overnight premium on the whole run.
Payment and collection
Orders of R5,000 or more need a 65% deposit before production, with the balance before collection or dispatch. Orders under R5,000 are paid in full. Pay by card through Yoco or EFT. Large orders can be collected from Shop L23, Rivonia Central, Oriental City Rivonia, or delivered by a quoted courier. Timing counts from cleared payment and approved artwork.
Planning a bulk order
- Confirm the final quantity and artwork before ordering.
- Work backwards from the date you need the print, allowing for collection or courier.
- Choose Economy if you have about a week; Standard if you have about three working days.
- Pay early: timing counts from cleared payment, including the 65% deposit on larger orders.
If a bulk order becomes urgent because of a delay, ask about printing part of it on a faster tier.
