Setting up the form
- Include your business name, logo, contact details and VAT number if applicable.
- Leave enough space in each field for handwriting.
- Label each copy if needed (for example "Customer copy", "Office copy").
- Tell us the starting number if your books are numbered and continue from a previous series.
- Leave a margin on the binding edge.
If you need a form designed from scratch, our team can help at an extra cost.
Timing
Multi-part paper, numbering and binding add steps, so check whether Overnight is offered for your configuration. Where it is, the order, approved artwork and cleared payment must be in by 1:00 PM. Tiers: Economy (about 5 working days, 10% less), Standard (about 3 working days, listed price), Express (next working day, +20%), Same-day for eligible items (by 09:00, +30%) and Overnight for eligible items (by 1:00 PM, +40%).
NCR books are a classic item to reorder before you run out. Set a reminder when you open your last book, and order on Standard or Economy to save. Businesses in industrial areas such as Marlboro, Kempton Park and Germiston often order NCR books with letterheads and labels.
