Timing and cutoffs
What is the overnight cutoff?
1:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Eligible jobs that are approved, paid and print-ready by then go into that night's production and are ready the next working morning. See Turnaround and Cutoffs.
Which products can be done overnight?
Eligible items only. The product page shows which tiers are offered, and the team can confirm for a specific job. See Which Products Are Overnight-Eligible.
Is there a same-day option?
Yes, for eligible items ordered, paid and print-ready by 09:00 on a weekday, at +30%. It is priced high on purpose, so plan ahead where you can.
Prices and payment
How much extra is overnight?
40% on the listed price. Express is +20%, Same-day +30%, Standard is the listed price and Economy is 10% less.
How do I pay?
Online by card through Yoco, or by EFT. Orders under R5,000 are paid in full before production; orders of R5,000 or more need a 65% deposit. See Paying for Fast-Track Orders.
What are some example prices?
Business cards (350gsm, 500) R790 single-sided or R890 double-sided; A5 colour flyers R1.90, A4 colour R4.00 and A3 colour R9.00 per copy; A4 black and white R1.50; pull-up banners R1,450 (budget) or R1,850 (executive); table cloth 2700 x 1400mm R1,850.
Artwork
What file should I send?
A PDF at the finished size, with 3mm bleed where colour runs to the edge and fonts embedded. See Artwork Guidelines.
Can you design for me?
Yes, at an extra cost. Design must be finished and approved before an overnight job can enter production.
Collection and delivery
Where do I collect?
Shop L23, Rivonia Central, Oriental City Rivonia, Cnr Rivonia Blvd and 9th Ave, opposite NewsCafe Rivonia. Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
Do you deliver?
Yes. We arrange a courier or delivery and quote it per order. Transit time is added after production. See Delivery and Collection.
Do you have other branches?
No. Rivonia is our only premises. Customers in other areas order online and collect here or use a quoted courier.
